Refund Policy

A new product may replace the product if the original item has a manufacturing defect within 7 days

Please contact hello@aytexcel.com for detailed guidance on return/exchange. Once the returned item arrives in the Aytexcel warehouse for inspection, we will start the refund/exchange process.

Return & Exchange Requirements

  • Returned items must be shipped to Aytexcel’s designated shipping address, with all original packaging.

  • Returns must include all accessories

  • Non-quality warranty claims will not be accepted.

Please contact us with the following information for verification:

  • Serial Number (you can find it at the bottom of the unit)

  • Invoice or receipt must include purchasing platform and date

  • Detailed problem description

Aytexcel Pvt Ltd shall have the right to reject the return if the product does not meet the above requirements

For purchases not made directly on Aytexcel’s official website, please contact retailers or platforms for a refund or an exchange.
